Fall is perfect for all different kinds of squash, but one I really like is this delicata squash. It's name is indicative of it's flavor - delicate and sweet. No need to make things difficult, just keep it simple.
- 1 delicata squash
- sea salt
Slice the squash into thin slices (1/8" or 1/4"), keeping the skin on. Heat medium/large pan, add a tablespoon of butter and the sliced squash. Sprinkle with a few pinches of salt and saute till tender (7-10 minutes). Serve it up! See?! So easy, but so tasty!
