As you may know, I am big on using whatever you have on hand and encourage people to switch out ingredients depending on your own stock. We often stumble across greatness when we choose to use what we have. That is what I did here and this wrap was incredible!
- 1 flatbread/wrap
- 3-4 tablespoons roasted red pepper spread from the farmers market (hummus is great too!)
- 10 slices pepperoncini
- 1 egg, hard boiled and sliced
- 3 small slices of white cheddar
- 4 large slices roasted deli turkey meat
- mixed greens, handful
Spread your hummus or flavored spread onto your wrap. Line all the ingredients above on top of the spread, then roll up and eat.
